Happy Hours Mobile Crèche Ltd provides professional on-site childcare for private and corporate events for schools who deliver adult training, Children’s Centres, community centres, voluntary groups and weddings, engagements and other family events.

We cater for children of all ages, from babies to toddlers to teens; and regardless of age or ability everyone can join in the fun.
All You Need To Do...
All you need to do is book an additional suitable room at your venue, preferably near toilets, and we will transform it into a fully equipped play area, which is fun, stimulating and safe. The room will need to be available at least 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the event to allow time to set up and clear away.
All staff attending on the day will be briefed on the location of fire exits and meeting points. They will also be familiarised with the venue’s emergency procedures. The crèche will be managed by a crèche supervisor. The safety of the children is one of our main priorities so we operate a signing in and out system.
A booking form must be filled in prior to the event. This will enable us to understand what is required and to gain an understanding of the numbers and age ranges of the children. We can cater for each crèche for their needs.
On the day of the booking, parents / guardians are required to sign a registration document to ensure that children are only collected by themselves or another nominated person. No adults other than those nominated will be allowed to collect children or enter the crèche.
All of our staff have been given police clearance to work with children. A first aider and fully stocked first aid box will be available at every crèche. For added peace of mind, all of our crèches are fully insured.
